  • When you browse our site, the currency converter allows you to view product prices in your preferred currency. This makes it easier to see approximately how much an item would cost in your local money.

    However, during checkout, prices are process in Australia Dollars (AUD). This is because Squarespace, our website platform, currently supports multi-currency display only on the browsing pages and does not provide a multi-currency payment option at checkout.

    Rest assured, you will always be charged in AUD, and your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion for your card if it’s issued in another currency.

    If you want to see the precise conversion to your local currency before making a purchase, I recommend checking the current exchange rate using a currency converter tool, such as Google’s currency conversion. This way, you’ll have the most accurate idea of the total cost in your currency.

    I understand this can be a little confusing, and I appreciate your understanding as I aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

  • Every order sent is insured with the postal company. If your artwork arrives and has been damaged during shipping, send an email to anibyky@outlook.com. Please include the following: Order Number, images of the package prior to being opened, and images of the damaged artwork. Following these steps l will be able to provide a solution.

  • I ship Internationally. Although there are some exceptions depending on a countries rules & regulations. Please email me to find out if I can ship to your country.

  • I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on your orders. These artworks are carefully handmade and take lot of time and materials. Please choose your artwork wisely before ordering! Refunds will only be offered if your piece arrives damaged and you have sent through images of damaged packaging and artwork.

  • With extreme care, you can use a dry cloth or brush to remove any dust.

  • Artworks being shipped overseas are priced according to the weight & measurements of the packaged piece. Please email me for more information on International Shipping.

  • AUS: AusPost

    -Maximum length 105cm.

    -Maximum weight 22kg.

    Anything bigger will be sent through Pack & Send.

    International: AusPost

    -Maximum length 105cm.

    -Maximum Dimensions 104cm girth.

    -Maximum weight 20kg.
